This week sees the development of a web banner for the Seatons Estate Agents spring campaign. The campaign will also appear in the local press and selected publications around the Ipswich and Woodbridge area in Suffolk .

TAKE A FRESH LOOK
Yellow Jelly has created a tactical advertising campaign for Seatons Estate Agents to run in the local daily and evening press. The first phase of the campaign consists of three double page spreads about moving in spring. Yellow Jelly has introduced a new line ‘take a fresh look’.
Part of the brief is to project the message ‘a wealth of property selling experience’ as they enter their 21st year of business in Ipswich.
The look and feel of the ads have been given a slight refreshment, as will the rest of their marketing materials receive over the next few weeks.

The Brief: Seatons needs to refresh itself. It’s not about re-inventing the wheel, it needs only a slight tweak. It’s also about addressing Seaton’s current tone of voice. So Yellow Jelly has been asked to help. The first task for the team was to tweak their brand identity and apply this to update their stationery, advertising, interiors and for sale and sold boards.

Yellow Jelly has started to work with a new Jelly Baby, a 360 tour photographer. The quality is nearly their, it’s something certain clients will benefit from. We are currently talking to a few clients about possible projects using this process. It’s not that new the technology but with Art Direction, creativity and styling from the Yellow Jelly team, the end results will be impressive. Yellow Jelly is currently in talks with putting together a tour on a superyacht. Role on the summer. Another space to watch…
